These rules govern the graphic section. By posting in this graphic section you agree to the following. If you do not agree you may not post. You agree that you shall not violate the rules. If you violate these rules, you shall accept the sentence given. The rules may be changed at any moment without notice. Punishment for breaking a rule is under the sole discretion of the staff member providing the punishment as long as it is between the minimum and maximum punishment for that rule. All normal forum rules still apply to this section.
Rules
1. Copyrighted Material
Copyrighted material that you do not own is not allowed to be in any of your artwork under any circumstances.
Exception: Proof of permission by the copyright owner.
Minimum sentence: Removal of art from the forums

2. Ripping
Ripping is not allowed. Ripping is the act of taking someone else's artwork without their permission and doing any of the following:
1- Claiming as your own
2- Putting in your signature space
3- Putting your name on it
4- Editing it and doing any of the following (see rule #1)
Exceptions: Proof of permission by the owner to use the artwork

3. Competition Rule
Starting competitions without the consent of a staff member is forbidden.

4. Section Relevance
Post threads in their relevant sections.
Exceptions: If approved by a Graphic Moderator.

5. Posting Criticism
Respect the time and effort put into a users work. Give criticism that, while helpful and truthful, encourages the artist to continue posting their work on

6. Receiving Criticism
When posting your artwork remember that our users are only trying to help you become an artist. Do not flame a user for commenting negatively upon your artwork.

7. Constructive Posts
Posts in the showcase must be constructive.

8. Rule of 3
Only three competitions may occur at a single time.

9. Proof of Creation
Staff members will often ask users to prove that they didn't rip a piece of artwork. Therefore, users must keep their source files for their artwork.

10. Artistic Nudity
Artistic Nudity is allowed, however, it will be defined by staff members. No pornography is allowed.
